Laura founded and leads oddity Asia. She is a digital marketer with a profound knowledge in Europe's and Asia's e-commerce and digital landscape. Before moving to Asia, she worked in the beauty industry in Europe for almost 10 years.
She strongly believes in an open feedback culture: "For me, diversity, trust and support are not just some buzz words. Willy joined the oddity group in 2017 as a valued member of our development team. He is responsible for our BI solution oddity Asia Insights—a perfect match for his extensive background in data analysis.
